You need to be very patient in trading but more importantly you need to be patient in your life. Not everything will happen exactly when you want it to. Understand that.

When trading don’t rush a setup or enter even if your confluences don’t get hit because you WILL LOSE. I get it, you want to win, make money, and be set free; but all you’re doing when you rush trades is seething yourself further back. Learn to control your impulses.

My way of dealing with this was I placed a trade, I de risked because I would turn my phone of as I was about to be entered and set an alert on my tp and sl, I was only allowed to check the trade once that alert went off . This helped me to stop overtrading, rushing trades and also closing my position too early.

You will realise that once you learn to wait and control yourself, your whole mental health improves and you’re no longer getting angry when you lose.
